Yesterday I interviewed with Don Harrold, who bills himself as “just a guy on the internet.” Don is an entrepreneur and investor, and first came to my attention in the summer of 2008 while I was working as an engineer abroad in China. While the financial meltdown and “Bailout Nation” was arriving after Bear Stearns and then Lehman Brothers, Don offered commentary on the internet to explain what had happened in a way so the average person can really “get it.” While I was still coming up to speed on economics and understanding the full extent of the massive credit bubble blown up by the Federal Reserve, I found his commentary to be useful in figuring out current events. His YouTube channel has close to 4.5 million hits.
In this interview, we discuss the campaign, the upcoming currency crisis, and eco-political solutions to stopping all of the harmful interventions of the government in the economy. Don was pretty impressed with the content on this website, and although I certainly am not looking for his suggested job as an archiver, feel free to check past articles in the article archive.
Many thanks from the campaign to Don for the interview, and I hope to be invited back to discuss the gold market as this is vitally linked to what will happen to the dollar in the future.
