Perhaps the government needs to first prove it can find tax evaders like the current head of the IRS – Secretary of Treasury and former head of the NY FED Timothy “Turbo Tax” Geithner who miscalculated the tax he owed while using the popular “Turbo Tax” software prior to a Senate confirmation hearing.
This ought to drive people to come to live and work in Pennsylvania in droves. Perhaps the irony is that it is all paid for with taxpayer dollars. Like paying for your own chains. I took this for a spoof until I found this government report and accompanying website. Thanks for the heads-up LL!!
