Money Bomb Today!! And WFMZ Debate Footage!

The campaign has an urgent need to raise another $4,000 to pay for TV ads in the final couple weeks prior to the election. Watch the ad here or below!

Please consider donating as for some very affordable rates we can get the message out to key demographics. The schedule of ads will be published when available, and I expect everyone will be quite pleased with the number of spots, times and channels the campaign can air with such a limited budget.

Donors giving at least $100 will receive a hardbound copy of Henry Hazlitt’s timeless Economics in One Lesson as a thank-you gift (please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery).  After another 10 copies, I will have to substitute a hardbound copy of “What Has the Government Done to our Money?” as our Hazlitt copies are going quick!

Last month, the campaign raised $2,200 for radio ads during a money bomb, and carefully spent over $6,000. As a result, just about everyone who listens to the radio in the area has heard the ad.

Know ye not, Who would be free, themselves must strike the blow?” – Lord Byron

Congratulations on winning yet another debate!

I love this moment last night:

Dent: “I support a balanced budget.” Towne: “Then propose one.” Dent: “I’m a cosponsor.” Towne: “No you’re not.”
    Priceless!!

    Nice debate commentary Jake!

Side note to visitors: Jake was kind enough to sit down with our radio program and provide a 30 minute commentary on the campaign and much more.

His comments can be found here: http://www.contraryinvestorscafe.com/jake-towne/

Yipes Jake!! You won that debate so soundly, I almost feel bad for your two stumbling bumbling opponents. Nice job bringing up the Federal Reserve issue. That (among other things) showed how clueless your opponents are. Too bad we don’t have someone like you running over here in the 14th district (Pittsburgh area) of PA.

The best thing Jake can do is let those two pinheads make asses of themselves and then go in for the kill; which he did, most adroitly.

When talking about spending, taxing and budgets, go for the jugular and talk about reducing the size and scope of government. Neither party is comfortable talking about that inevitable circumstance.

    …just my two cents.

…Jake, great going! When you were able to get a word in edgewise, it made for the kind of debate I want to hear…
…You were the only candidate talking about real issues and offering real solutions to what really causes those issues in the first place…
…The “Two-headed one party system” as you said IS the problem, being funded by the Federal Reserve…
…The Social Security ponzi scheme, and our funding of government departments that should never even have been created in the first place…
…The “war on” an emotion, er, sorry thats “terror” and how it is being used as another way to ruin our country by funding a failed foreign policy…
…Charlie Dent just revealed how our Two-Party dictatorship operates a false Left-Right paradigm tag team against the American people, confining the debate to the two criminals involved…hoping you never see the game they are playing…
…”I acknowledge I voted for the TARP, but you (refering to Callahan) also want to spend that $…He wanted to take that $ and spend it for a second stimulus”…(Charlie Dent)…
…The fruits of our labor should never have been stolen from us in the first place!
…Dent votes for the theft, then blames Callahan for wanting to use the money for something else…THE CRIME WAS STILL COMMITTED BY THEM BOTH!
…This is how these criminals operate, and it is only possible if they are the only two representing “opposite” sides, which is also a lie, used in the deceit!
    !!!…WAKE UP AMERICA…!!!
…We are being tag-teamed by our elected officials and all they want is more of the hard earned fruits of YOUR labor…
    …They are nothing but parasites…
…We need folks like Jake in office, we need real choices and real and real debates about real solutions to the real issues…
…Jake, you had fewer words than the others, but spoke volumes more truth and substance and I thank you for putting yourself to the hazard of running for congress…our country needs you in that den of vipers…time to do some routing!
    !!!…The r3VOLution continues…!!!

Wednesday night I watched this live on PCNTV. I was literally cheering you on. My sister is a witness. I literally had a snack and was in front of the computer, as if it was my favorite tv show. It was great, you did a fantastic job and I can’t wait to see you three in the same room again, debating the issues that face our country.

Jake Towne for congress is all I can say. The bickering and whining was unreal. The solutions for hope only came from one person, and he seems to make it clear. My favorite moment was when Charlie claims that the Chamber of Commerce is supporting him. They are the #1 lobbyist group in DC (DAH)they are big business hacks, they are most likely supporting both of them. But when Jake makes the point of fed spending they supported, they turn on each other.Priceless. Good stuff,The Two Headed Monster and we’re this close to Halloween,go think

It was comical to watch Congressman Dent and Mayor Callahan criticize each other while averting the real issues. I did notice how they both avoided Jake’s questions about reducing the defense budget, reforming Social Security, and waiving the Congressional health care package. They are both career politicians and embarrassments to the region.
