About 10% of the voter-eligible population in the 15th congressional district are not registered to vote.
Jake is a registered voter with no party affiliation. It does not matter which party (or no party) you register with as there are no primaries for independents. However, you can not sign a petition to place Jake on the ballot unless you are a registered voter. If you or a friend in the district, or in Pennsylvania, is not registered to vote, you can download the below form and send in by mail or drop off in person at your county voter registration center. There is no fee to register to vote.
