Radio Ad for Your Review

With the gracious help of Adam Temple (visit his website here), the campaign has created this draft 30 second radio ad that will begin airing locally.  Please list any comments or suggestions you may have below.  From a cost-benefit analysis, radio ads have the biggest impact for the dollar.

Both of my competitors have begun airing their ads, which are the typical mudslinging, with incumbent Republocrat Charlie Dent belittling John Callahan’s record as mayor (the city is heavily in debt, and did not have enough cash on hand to pay its expenses in 2009 per the Morning Call).  John Callahan is attacking Dent’s vote for the TARP Banker Bailout.  Hilariously, Callahan himself supported the TARP Banker Bailout and stated he would have voted for it.

This 30-second ad can be aired once during rush hours for roughly $30.  If you would like to support the campaign, please donate below.

The campaign’s first debate is this Monday!!!

  • College Hill Neighborhood Association Candidates’ Forum, Monday, September 13, 7-9 PM at Lafayette College.  Oechsle Hall, Room 224 (#62 on this map, Parsons and Hamilton on College Hill in Easton).  Open Q&A.  Press Release HERE.

Nice and clear ad, but maybe you could include less about your antiwar position. I believe it was mentioned three during the whole thing. Maybe instead of mentioning it the last time you could squeeze in “both of my opponents supported the TARP bailout” or something along those lines. Either way, this a great move for the campaign.
