In order to appear on the November general election ballot, Towne for Congress must file 3,629 validated signatures by August 2nd under Pennsylvania law. Currently, the campaign has collected over 3,100 valid signatures so we are close to the required total.
However, the campaign fully expects ballot access challenges from the Republocrats who are required to file exactly zero (0) signatures to appear on the general election ballot. [They needed 1,000 signatures to appear on their primary ballot.] The campaign anticipates the need to file over 7,000 valid signatures to overcome these legal challenges. Few people recognize this today, but ballot access challenges are how the current President was first elected, knocking off four competitors who needed just 757 signatures to run for the Illinois Senate in 1996.
I have always said this campaign rests on the dedication of the volunteers. I need your help for this campaign to succeed, and the truth is that freedom is anything but free in our country. We must work for it and fight to keep it, but all career politicians know how to do is strip it away.
Signatures must be from registered voters in Pennsylvania’s 15th congressional district, and petitioners have to be registered voters in Pennsylvania. More details are here.
If you are interested in volunteering to gather signatures, please also email towneforcongress@gmail.com or just attend one of the upcoming campaign events below. Please include your name, address, and phone number.
If you live in the district and are willing to sign but do not have time to collect signatures, just send your name, address, and phone # to towneforcongress@gmail.com. The form will be mailed to you.
If you are not able to help out in person, please feel free to donate to support the petition drive with a donation of any amount as our $50K by the 15th Money Bomb effort continues!!

Hi,
can we use digital signature because digital signature helps to assure that the signer is who he or she claim to be.
Thanks
Sorry, the PA Dept. of State doesn’t accept digital signatures, but the campaign could send you a form to fill out
